Allow us to take you through the process of your watch whilst its in our care.

Upon receipt of your timepiece, we give every single repair a unique reference which you can use whenever you need to contact us at any point.

Your watch is inspected to determine what work is required and an estimate* is sent to you. Don't worry, we won't start any work until you let us know that you are happy to proceed.

Once you have proceeded with your estimate, your watch will enter the repair system where all the necessary parts are obtained before entering our state of the art workshop and all the necessary work is carried out, tested and given a new lease of life.

Before we say goodbye to your timepiece, it will go through our Quality Control to ensure all the work has been completed to the standards we promise to deliver.

Once all checks have been completed, we will send you notification that your watch is ready for sending back. 

Your watch is packed safely in a branded Aftersales pouch and sent back securely and insured.

*Please note that there is an administration charge for any repair that is not proceeded

We recommend you send your timepiece to us via Royal Mail special delivery, which is insured and signed for.  Pack the watch well for the journey and include a covering note with all your contact details, and an overview of the work requested.  Please avoid sending the original presentation box.  If your watch is under sales warranty, the card, or a clear copy of this is required also.
