Delivery Information

Delivery Options & Costs

We offer one type of delivery which is Royal Mail Special Delivery, and is free of charge with any order. We do not generally deliver to addresses outside England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. If, however, we accept an order for delivery outside that area, you may need to pay additional delivery costs, import duties or other taxes, as we will not pay them. We will notify you of any additional fees in our control on receipt of order. Please note that we only deliver to orders to the same address as the billing address

Order Processing 

Orders received before noon will be processed the same day (providing this is a working day). Orders received after this time will be processed on the next working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday.

 

Tracking your order

Once your order is passed to the courier you will receive notification of this via email from us, and also the courier.
