UNDERSTANDING THE PROCESS

We understand we are not local to everyone; therefore, we recommend using the postal service to send your watch to us.

When posting your timepiece, it is advisable to use a tracked, recorded and insured method of service such as Royal Mail special delivery.

Ensure the watch is packaged well for its journey to us, with a covering note enclosed listing all your contact details plus an overview of the work you are requesting. Please note: DO NOT send the box.

For peace of mind our team will confirm its safe arrival with a receipt email once booked onto our bespoke repair system.

THE OPERATION

Our diagnostics team will then assess and advise as necessary generating a detailed estimate for you to receive via email.

Our full service is a thorough and time-consuming process that involves skill and precision. Regular service intervals are required for any mechanical timepiece to maintain the movements efficiency and health.

ALL THINGS OFFICIAL

We of course undertake warranty repairs for all our brands. We request sight of the appropriate purchase information, accompanied with a valid warranty card.

You can also guarantee genuine replacement parts for all repairs regardless of their type.
